Compressor "Submit" button not lighting up

Hello everyone,

I am just trying to compress a sequence from FCP7 in Compressor. I simply open compressor and set the targets and DVD preset (DVD: best Quality 90 minutes), and the box appears for the name, etc. But my "Submit" button in the bottom right corner isn't lighting up for me to complete the job. I have kept reinstalling it and I don't know what to do.

Anyone help? Please?

Compressor Repair

Could be a few reasons but easiest remedy to start with is to download Compressor Repair (free) and run it with Compressor open - or not. Try your set-up after it does its processing. Compressor is unbelievably buggy but it does what it does well. Good Luck.
