Compressor TGA file formats

Greetings. I loaded an HD (1920 x 1080) uncompressed QT Movie into Compressor and requested a sequence of uncompressed Targa images for output at 1920 x 1080. The files I am seeing are different sizes, some as small as 200 KB, and some as large as 1 MB. By my reckoning, an uncompressed 1920 x 1080 HD Targa frame should be 6 MB (1920 x 1080 x 24 bit), so why are the files so small and why are their sizes different?
Thanks for any help or any suggestions re: Compressor settings.
