I discovered last weekend that my appleid had been compromised. I had two charges for $40 from iTunes in my PayPal for an allowance to some .cn email address.
I immediately changed all my PayPal, e-mail, and apple passwords. Then I contacted iTunes support through the website.
After several days of e-mailing back and forth (one response per day) and sending them two screen shots from iTunes with the order numbers there, they cannot find the orders in their system even with the screenshots, copies of the iTunes e-mail receipts and the PayPal e-mails. On PayPals end I clearly have two transactions against my balance. I have started at this point the dispute process with PayPal, I pay all my bills through them so I have the "premier" account which I hope helps my case as I do not want to be out $80.
I have (had) a jailbroken iPhone 4, and that is the only way I can figure out that my account was compromised I have since done a full restore and not rejailbroken it. My windows 7 desktop comes up clean with every scan (MSE, Malware bytes, Hijack this.)
My real question I guess is two fold, how can apple not be able to find the orders for these two $40 allowances when they still show up in iTunes under my account, in e-mails from apple, and in PayPal?
Also, besides the slow, inefficient e-mail support I have been dealing with is there any other way to contact Apple in regards to this?
I'm waiting to hear from PayPal as to their ruling before I possibly approach my bank, (I have my checking linked to my PayPal for bills; I know I'm an idiot.)
Thanks for any help you can provide,

tl;dr: iTunes account has $80 of allowances I didn't authorize; Apple cannot even find the orders.
