Computer Name is greyed out

In System Preferences -> Shareing, the value in the Computer Name field is greyed out. Is there still a way I can change it?

The Computer Name above is different from the output of the 'hostname' command, which is one of the reason I want to change it. Another reason is that Bonjour doesn't know about this computer.

This computer is not joined to domain for this time being.

Is the preference pane locked? (The lock in the lower corner of the window)
