Computer Not Waking from Sleep

My brother is using my old Power Mac G4 with Mac OS X 4.11 (Tiger). Frequently he finds the Mac refuses to wake from sleep mode. Normally by pressing a key on the keyboard or mouse the computer should wake from sleep mode. He is forced to press on the power button until the computer reboots.

Anybody have a fix for this problem?
