Computer Program to Automatically Save App Backups?

I was wondering if there are any programs for Mac that will save application backups such as game saves or notes in an app such as Awesome Note and store them in a folder on the computer. Preferably, the program would also restore the backups to the iPhone after a restore without having to restore from a backup. I know there are some apps on Cydia that do this, but I would rather have my app data on my computer than on an outside server.
