So just now, and a few times before, sometimes when i plug my MBP in after taking it out of my case, the computer turns on by itself without me pushing the button.
Its happened a few times before, but i never actually witnessed it and was sure of it. Usually when it happens i open the computer up and its already on (grey screen on boot up) and always cede to the notion that i had pushed the power button but just forgot..
This time i heard the chime with the lid still closed right after i plugged it in.
the devices i have plugged (before plugging in magsafe) in already are:
SATA ExpressCard (external hd off)
USB Hub (with keyboard and mouse attached)
Line Out
any ideas? I will try an SMC reset..
