Concern on upgrading from 4.1 BB1.59.00 to 4.3.1 BB1.59.00

I have a iphone4 with 4.1 BB 1.59.00, if I upgrade to 4.3.1 BB 1.59.00, will the new ultrasn0w work on 1.59.00 if it does come out?

Is it possible the new ultras0w will only work with BB 02.10.04, 03.10.01 or 04.10.01, and I have redo the whole process to get the right BB for untrasn0w to work?

There is no new ultrasn0w coming out recently and currently there is no unlock for baseband 02.10, 03.10 and 04.10.

Ultrasn0w fixer 4.3.1 from Cydia works for Iphone 4 with firmware 4.3.1, baseband 01.59

Alright, so I can do the 4.3.1 update and preserve 1.59.00 with TU and the Ultrasn0w fixer 4.3.1 will do the unlock, correct.

You can use sn0wbreeze 2.5.1 safely. My phone is 4.3.1 1.59 bb with ultrasn0w+fixer for 4.3.1. I have only one bar signal bug , but it is cosmetic and it will be fixed by dev team in a few days.

I'd stay away from snowbreeze.
Try redsnow or pwnage tool if you can.
Also Tinyumbrella will save your baseband.

With sn0wbreeze, it don't have a clear option choice to preserve BB and install cydia, that's the only two option I want.

All mode has preserving baseband option. Use expert mode or simple mode or just baseband protection mode without jailbreak. If you have mac, pwnage tool also do it. Stay away redsn0w for unlock.
