Hello everyone!

As Christmas approaches, i will buy a new iPhone 5. However, i will not buy it directly from Apple, as it doesn't fit my budget. I have searched all over the internet for offers (from my country only) and found the following two, out of which i'd like you to advise me:

1. iPhone 5, 16GB, Black, Neverlocked, SEALED box.
1. iPhone 5, 32GB, Black, Neverlocked, box is unsealed, but the phone looks untouched. Seller says it isn't activated, it has the fabric screen covers as well. This one is about $32 more expensive than the previous one. Different sellers.

So my question is this: will it be okay to spend the extra $32 and get the 32GB one, new, although the box is not sealed? Or should i get the 16GB and unseal the box myself, knowing that i'm touching it first?

I don't know if they have a receipt or something, i don't know from where they got the phones, i just know that they are not activated and the 12 month warranty is there :).
