I've always used a RhinoShield bumper case on my previous phones so I didn't have to worry taking the case off to clean the dust on the back of the phone and case. However, with my iPhone 12 Pro on order, I want to protect it as much as possible while also admiring the beauty of the Midnight blue, so I got some clear cases.
Me being OCD as I am, I rarely place my phone in my pockets and will do the same for my iPhone 12 Pro. Small dust will bother me, and with a clear case I will find myself taking off the case frequently to clean the dust off every few days.
For those with a clear case, do you frequently take it off to clean the dust? And if so, do you notice any scratches on the stainless steel frame over time, from the inside lip of the case (with maybe dust trapped) rubbing on the frame while you take it off?
