iPhone Conditional Table/DB - Narrow Down

Hi,

Looking for some insight, either through XCode or Flex/Flash, to create a conditional or related table/DB that asks questions, then based on your response offers more questions based on that response.

Ideally, I would like to "score" those questions to create a total score.
