Conference Calling Glitch since iOS 8.2

Has anyone been having issues with 3 way calling since iOS 8.2 update?? I can add and merge calls, but about only about 20% of the time. When adding doesn't work, the party being added can be heard in the conversation but can't hear us. I've tried everything to fix this issue including a complete clean install of iOS 8.2 and 8.3.

What provider? May be specific to a carrier.

Verizon. That's what I thought too, but my son's Galaxy works just fine and my wife's iPhone is doing the same as mine. Verizon says account settings are correct and no one else is complaining.
