Universal Conference Tool with Screen Sharing

Hey guys,

I'm currently looking for a good conference tool that supports iPad screen sharing. WebEx, Cisco etc. don't support the functionality :/

Zoom is the only one I was able to find but you have to specify a file, link or something you can 'just' share your screen.

Any recommendations?
