Config AE via ipod touch

I am considering an AE for travel mainly and other uses at home.

Can the Airport Express be configured via an iPod Touch?

Because of a problem with my ISP i am constantly resetting my AEBS it would be awesome if there was a AirPort Utility for iPhone. because often, i'm not on the computer when i realize it needs to be reset. although luckily i can swqitch to Cell network when this happens.
