configure Mail to use external spam blacklist?

I continue to get lots of SPAM, I found this handy webpage:
http://www.joewein.de/sw/blacklist.htm

It lists tons of SPAM domains. I would like to somehow get Mail to use this information.

Is there a quick way to integrate this list into the Mail junk rules? Not necessarily the live URL, but just a text file with blacklisted domains.
