I'm very new to OS X but have a lot of Linux experience.
Using a new Macbook (2.16GHz C2D, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD) with a Mighty Mouse.
How do I adjust the responsiveness of this mouse. It seems considerably more "lethargic" in OS X than I am used to.
Thanks
Paul

Hardware based mouse sensitivity

This isn't an answer to the OP's specific question (about the Mighty Mouse), but I too am having some mouse troubles in Mac OS X, and this threads topic is spot on.

I have gotten to LOVE hardware configurable mouse responsiveness - like on the Microsoft Razor Habu - where you can switch mouse settings on the fly. The mouse sensitivity buttons on the Habu work in OS X (of course they do - that is the beauty of hardware based), but there are no drivers so I can't take advantage of many other features, and it sure doesn't seem to fit into the Mac style.

Does anyone know a Mac friendly mouse that allows hardware responsiveness settings?
