configuring dashboard to my area

hello. I just recently got my first mac (yesterday) its a macbook but I cannot figure out how to change the dashboard settings from atlanta to where I live. thanks

Mouse over each widget you want to change, a little "i" will appear (usually in the lower right corner, but not always), click the "i" and the widget will flip over and you can change the settings there.

This is the same for all widgets too. Any preferences, or settings that you can change will be accesible through the i.
