Configuring Mail to send Automatic Emails?

Hello

Recently I have starting selling Microsoft Point codes on Ebay. I send the buyer an email with a scan of the code on. Would there be any way of setting Mail or Outlook up so that these emails are sent automatically? I'm sure other sellers use an automatic system to ensure 24/7 service.
