Configuring special settings for a physical mouse

Hi,

I own a Macbook Pro 13' w/Retina.

I recently purchased a physical Logitech mouse for photo editing.

How can I configure special settings for it?
For example, I want that the "natural scrolling" feature will only be enabled for the trackpad, but not for the mouse.

Moreover - is it possible to configure the side buttons, to do whatever I choose?
