Hi
I have just bought an imac and time capsule, but am having probs configuring it with my linksys wag160n router...
Original set up...
iMac G5 connected (wired) to wireless WAG160N router.
New Set up
iMac I7 wired to router.
So far I can get as far as...
Timecapsule wired to router
Imac I7 wireless to TC
I can access internet that way, as i presume TV is acting as a bridge, BUT.. thats as far as it goes....
Yellow config light on TC flashing....
Cant set it up for Time Machine backups..
Ideally Id like to -
Carry on using WAG160N (wired if poss)
TC as bridge.
If i need to have it cabled to I7 then so be it - but i realise this kinda defeats purpose of spending all that money on a HDD and router built in -
As an added complication if poss Id like to be able to back up my original iMAC which is PPC running Tiger
...so if you can help - will be greatly appreciated
Michael
