Confirm That My iPhone is Unlocked

I used winpwn, did everything correct, but had an error at the end.

The message read something like this -

"Baseband flashed correctly, but error 46" (then it restarted, couldn't catch the rest.)

I've googled this error 46 and apparently everything still works for the people who had the problem, I was wondering if theres anything that will let me know that my phone is indeed unlocked correctly and ready for sale on ebay.

put a sim card in and make a call, why is that so tough to figure out
