Confirmation Email but Order Status Error (ATT)

This isn't me intending to post my status, but to ask a question. I have seen a lot of people with a similar status as me through the forums and was wondering if anyone has been able to get through to ATT to ask why this is happening. I have been on hold for 45 min... and just wanted to know.
