confirmation email from apple

anyone still waiting for confirmation email from apple? I ordered over 24 hours ago still no confirmation email. I called spoke with a rep and he resent to two different emails. didnt receive it at either. when i check my order status it shows my order and delivery date as 24th. just wish i would get the email
