Confirmation Email Question

Just a quick question. Is the screenshot below the only confirmation email that I should have gotten? There are no order numbers or anything like that so I'm kind of worried.

Why are some people that reserved iPhone 4s confirmation email showing a price and some aren't? Mine has $599 down at the bottom left, even thigh I'm eligible for an upgrade.
