CONFIRMED? 4.4/Nexus 5 debuting today 11AM PST

Well as you can tell, I'm new to Android. I assumed since it was being released today that I'd be able to get it on my N7 right away. So weird to release a software update, and not have it available to devices, especially Google branded products. Obviously I'm just used to the way Apple does things.
