I got my iPhone XS silicone case in today and of course the first thing I did was put it on my X.

The camera cut out is ever so slightly bigger thus making the cases ‘incompatible’ with each other.

Many manufacturers cases will be fine, but any case that hugs the camera module would not fit the XS or let in a ton of dust on the X if it’s designed for the XS.

Attached is a picture.

Well I hope the Spigen Liquid Crystal case I just received from amazon with a sticker that says New iPhone 5.8''/iPhone X will fit. :(

Seems like something that can be fixed with a little bit of sanding with a dremel depending on the case material. Still a pretty dick move from Apple as now you need to check if the case is for X or XS. X users can at least use the newer cases if they don't mind the gap.
