Heya,

Just got a quick question that is confusing me,

I have my iPhone X's camera setting set to "4K FPS 60FPS (High Efficiency) and "Most Compatible" (as seen in the screenshots below) and when a video got uploaded to OneDrive, it stayed in HEVC but when I AirDrop'd it to a friends MacBook Air, it converted to H.264 format. Is that supposed to happen since I've got it set to Most Compatible?

Would love if someone could explain this to me in Layman's Terms as it's confusing the living daylights out of me

Thanks again! IMG_0153.PNGIMG_0154.PNG

Most Conpatible will save in JPG/h.264.

4K 60fps setting trumps that, and will save video in HEVC.

It seems that AirDrop will convert to h.264 because I tested to my 2018 MBP and it did the same.
