Hi, Im a Web developer and professional photographer, videographers too!

I use Adobe CS6 Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Encore, After Effects, iLife and xCode for iOS Apps coding.
I play no games, so 0 games.

Im confused which one to go for.

Will the 2.0 Ghz 15 inch be enough for the needs or should I go for the top of the line, 2.6Ghz 15 inch with dedicated graphics card and 16GB RAM ?

The price difference is 800$.

I would, and actually did, go for the High end base model... 2.3/16GB/512/750m. Those programs will probably eat some ram so 16GB. I don't think you will notice much out of the 2.6 processor over the 2.3. Your programs may or may not be better run under the 750m. The high end base model with the 750 is the same price as the entry level with 16GB + processor upgrade so you might as well get the 750m in the high end model.

I get to finally pick it up tomorrow after a huge fiasco.

How long do you plan on keeping it?

Okay so better to go for the 2799$ , 512GB , 16GB RAM, 2.6GHZ model then!

Looks like, I wont be able to spend on a new MBP for next 10 years and I would really not want to, after getting such a high end macbook.

10 years is a long time! Max it out! Or you could get an iMac which would last a lot longer.
