Confused..Ebay sellers have iPhone4 suppliers?

I'm confused.. I saw some ebay sellers have constant new iphone4 supplies. I wonder where they get them.

If they are a seller with 500+ positive feedback and at least 99% percent positive than they are generally fine and paying with PayPal gives you some security if something bad happens. Be careful though ask the seller questions.

Probably they either are an authorised reseller or they buy new iPhones of people who got them with their contract and don't need them and resell for a profit.
