Confused on birthday present

So, my brother's birthday (He'll turn 23) is in 2 days.

Of course, I procrastinate and don't get him anything...
I need some ideas on what to get him. He doesn't like clothes, and I hate giving clothes as gifts. Last year I gave him a bottle of cologne. He has everything in electronics. He's got a good laptop, a good desktop with a really nice monitor, a good camera (D40 with amazing lenses), he's got a good cell phone.

I'd like to stay under $100 if possible....

If your relationship with him is good enough, you could always do something homemade. Maybe you could orchestrate a party with all his close friends? It would be short notice but you could do it. I'd appreciate that more than any gift.

Well...I'm 15, I don't know his close friends...or how to get in touch with them, and my parents hate parties :).

And I'm super cool with him, he's been by my side since the day I was born. But, sadly I lack the homemaking skills.
 
Does he have an iPod? You could get him a nice case and some sexy headphones. An interesting gift would be a whiteboard if he has th space to hang it on a wall.

Hmm. Ok, I see a party is not do-able.
But homemade at your age is perfectly acceptable.
Maybe something for his desktop or laptop?
An accessory for a phone?
A new mouse?
A bag for his camera?

A cheap hooker?
 
When I read the title of this thread, I thought you meant that you were confused about a birthday present that you received...... like, your boyfriend bought you a gym membership or something.

Anyways.......

Why don't you take him out for a nice dinner- to his favorite restaurant, perhaps?

Or....

Sensual massage? :D

What does he need/want for his desktop or laptop, he has everything. Whenever he gets a new electronic item he goes on an accessory buying spree
He bought a case, a screen protector, two batteries, and a battery charger for his cell phone when he got it (30 days ago)
He's got a MX Revolution
He has a bag for his camera already

Yeah, I'll give him a hooker in front of my parents :p
