I decided to set up a standard account for general use so created another admin account and switched the account that I had been using to standard account.
Somewhere along the line I messed up the password for the admin account and had to use the install dvd to reset the password as described on the apple info pages. The apple pages then advised a trip to keychain access to reset the keychain access password for the admin account, this is where it gets confusing and I have the following questions:

1) What is the password for keychain access? I've never set one as far as I can remember.

2) Should the padlock at the top left of the keychain access screen next to login be unlocked? If I do lock it how do I unlock it again?

3) Why are there untrusted certificates showing when I click on system in the left hand column, there are two that say 'this root certificate is not trusted'?

4) Finally, nothing has popped up to ask for a keychain access password since I changed the accounts and reset the password, did I actually need to do anything with the keychain access anyway?
