Hello everyone! I want to get a macbook pro 15 inch late 2011 and i found this suggestion on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0066TA50O . Can anyone tell is this normal that laptop has model number MD385ll/a?
I didnt find it on apple.com, and the same config has ZONM part number and in apple Tech scecs of 15 inch macs there is NO model MD385. Are they the same or not? Thanx a lot!

I guess it's because the 2.5GHz i7 in the Amazon offer is CTO, i. e. not listed in the Apple Store but only accessible over the model configuration.
That's why the model number isn't as wide spread as the BTO model numbers.

Googling that model number, I see numerous sites offering this very model, so it should be fine.
