Confusion on RAM upgrade choices

Hey Guys

Anyone knows which is the best place to buy 2x4GB RAM for latest MBP 2011 in Australia?

I can find Gskill for 59AUD Each

Any cheaper option or online options..

Crucial is coming out to be more expensive including shipping

OWC brand from macsales is coming equal (+- 1-2$) as US = AUS at the moment

Kingston KTA-MB1066K2/8G is much higher =~ $130

Don't know if I am missing any other..

Generic ones on ebay are around $90 (Seller Koybe)

There is also A-RAM etc..

I don't think you'll have any problems with OWC, Crucial or Kingston. All are good brands and should be just fine. Just order whatever one will get there with the best combination of cheap and fast.

make sure to get the correct memory for your lappy

and the OP mentioned Crucial in his OP so I said I second that rec. It may be more money but it is quality stuff and they stand behind their products if there are any problems. I would not put cheap no name memory in.

last time i checked crucial was out of ram's and shipping was building up to same buying in Australia..

What about Gskill one.. any inputs on that?
