On the Apple UK site, it states the processor requirements specification for snow leopard is an intel processor, but next to this it shows the icon for a core 2 duo processor. I have the original macbook with a core duo processor. Is my macbook compatible with snow leopard?

the worst? the installer will cause the cpu to heat up, causing a fire, destroying your house and neighborhood. the fire spreads so fast that the nuclear plant nearby doesn't have time to shut down properly, causing a nuclear explosion that spreads around the world - not killing anyone immediately, mind you, but causing them much pain and suffering.
