Connect 2 external monitors setup , help

I have a 2018 MacBook Air that has just the 2 USB C ports and I want to connect 2 external monitors to it but also keep the laptop power cable connected, what adapters do I need to achieve that? I bought a external dock buy unfortunately it will only allow 1 external monitor to work at a time .

Recommendations on what dock , adapters to use would be greatly appreciated
