Connect 2 external monitors to MBP (late 2016)

Hi,

I'd like to connect 2 external monitors (2 x Lenovo d24-20) both with HDMI to my MBP Late 2016.

I already tried different USB-C to HDMI adapters and also the following adapter:

However, none of the solutions worked, I'm only able to have 1 external monitor showing some image.
