Connect ibm model m to an imac?

I have a 2011 Imac running mavericks and i was wondering if it would be possible to connect a model m. Ive thought about about using the blue cube to the kvm and from the kvm to my imac but i dont know if such set up will work.

If there is any other way of connecting the ibm model m to my Imac please tell me

Amazon sells them used and a review on amazon gives a part number you need as an adapter to work with usb.

Unless you are using the keyboard with more than 1 computer, te port switch is overkill. Search on amazon for "ps/2 to usb" and there are plenty of cheaper options. I remember the model myself
