Hi I'm pretty sure the logic board has gone on my ibook, again!! At the moment I am using it through a monitor, which is ok, until I get it fixed.

What I need to know is whether it is possible to connect my ibook to my Siemens Laptop?

Possible or impossible?

Thanks

How do you mean connect iBook to Siemens laptop?

Through Ethernet: yes possible
Through Video connection: no, not possible

Yeah, I'm not sure I've ever seen a laptop with some sort of video in. Seems like everyone wants out not in.

There are external devices that can be used (the dazzle comes to mind). I'm not sure about lag though. Plus they are some what pricey.

You could run a VNC connection, though it tends to be rather slow.

EDIT: What makes you sure it's the logic board? Could it be the backlight or the LCD inverter?
