Connect iPad 2 to Windows 10 home laptop and access laptops files.

Hi everyone!

I know there are apps to allow an android device to access the home computer, for example ES File Explorer.

Are there some apps that will allow me to do this with my iPad 2? I have been researching and will research more today... but I posted because I know there are lots of experts here!
