Connect iPhone to iTunes

Hi,
yesterday night my iPhone's display turned to the "Connect to iTunes"-Screen. When I connect it to iTunes, it tells my that the iPhone is pass-code protected, and I need to unlock it. I know the pass-code (as it's my iPhone), but I have no chance to enter it: All I can do is press the I for IMEI and ICCID and slide to do emergency calls.

Any idea bringing it back to life?

Try dfu mode. Hold the home and power button for some time and then connect to itunes
