connect mac pro to Radeon RX570 graphics card - what cable do i need??

I am trying to connect mac pro to Radeon RX570 graphics card

But can not find the right cable - needs to go from my computer sockets (see picture, bottom righthand of the pic two sockets) to an 8 pin on the card??
