Hi everyone,
I've got an old Samsung TV and I was just wondering if I could possibly hook it up to my Macbook Pro 15-inch, Late 2011 and if so how to do it? I've done some research and the usual solution doesn't apply (I'm guessing the tv is too old) because there's no hdmi port but I've added a photo of the ports that it does have.
I have tried to do it with a cable that goes from PC (D-sub) [and also video in - I've forgotten what this cable is called] to HDMI and then I have a MiniDisplayport that connects the HDMI to the thunderbolt port in my Mac. But this didn't work unfortunately.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks!
