Connect MBP w/ External Display To Sound Bar?

Hello,

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a 2018 13" MBP and an external display. I'm looking for a display that will connect to my sound bar for audio, but the only digital inputs on my sound bar are 1 x RCA (coax) and 1 x optical (toslink). Any decent displays that can do this? I'm looking for something in the 24"-29" range, preferably with USB-C input for the MBP.

After some searching, looks like a TB3 dock is what I'm looking for. OWC has one with S/PDIF output, along with other ports I was going to need dongles for anyway.
