Connect new iMAC first before Connecting Airport Capsule?

My first time with Apple products. Will be getting a iMac 21.5 with Time Capsule soon. I was wondering if it is best to connect iMac to my Comcast cable service first to make sure all is ok before trying to set up the Time Capsule and the printer. This will be a all wired set up for now and will use the wireless part later for a Mac Air.:D
 
If your Comcast service is up and running already then you're good to go for now. Later on when you are ready, connect the Time Capsule to the modem and your iMac to the Time Capsule with the ethernet cables. The Time Capsule is your back up storage, wireless and router. It's easy to set up with Airport Utility.
