Connect old internal drive. [SOLVED]

I recently switched from and MDD G4 to the new Mac mini. I bought a IDE/SATA to USB 2.0 cable to transfer some of my old files to the new computer. My MDD had two hard drives in it, one with Tiger another with Leopard. The HDD with Tiger will connect to the Mac mini just fine, but the HDD with Leopard will not connect at all. I know it is running, as you can hear it spinning.

Maybe the Leopard HDD is toast?

FIXED: The first thing everyone should try... restart
