Connect to Home Mac from School PC

Hi

I can currently connect to the school network from my home computer and access all my school files to work with. I was wondering wether it is in any way possible to connect to my home computer to get to my files from school?

you noe how at skool u login onto a computa n it has student files....well on the skool site it says how u can login onto campus from home but it only has it for pc(start , run type in address n press connect) would anyone noe how to do this on a mac osx?
