iPod touch Connect to internet on iPT via laptop?

I was wondering if it was possible to connect my iPT to my Laptop, which uses a closed wireless connection via cell phone line, to connect to the internet. I was trying to search for an answer but had no idea how to word it >_> Thanks in advance :D
