"Connect to iTunes to use Push Notifications" Fix?

So I've been getting "Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications" on every app that, you guessed it, has an option for push notifications. This is particularly annoying on the Google Voice app, because it goes on an infinite loop of these alerts, rendering the app and service unusable.

Does anybody know a fix for this? I'm not jailbroken, have the iPhone 5, running iOS 6.0.0. I restored my phone from my 4S backup by the way.

Just got the iphone 5. Did a restore from my iphone 4, and getting these popups like crazy
