I have iPhone 4s running latest firmware and started to get this notification when I open apps that use push notifications. It stared happening when reset my iPhone. After resetting it I had to input all my password again which was strange and I started to get this notification to connect to iTunes to use push.

i have the same problem, and i do the steps below:

1. Load Itunes from your PC
2. Backup your phone to your PC or using icloud
3. Do the restore
4. Do the restore from backup
5. Install your purchased apps once again (you don’t have to pay any charge if you back up your apps using icloud, it will be installed automatically)
6. Done!

no more annoying pop-up :)

Can you do this if you don't back up to iCloud?

I can't back-up to iCloud, but I'm getting this same "connect to iTunes to use push notifications" and it's blocking me from accessing apps that I have passcodes on for. Can I back-up to my laptop and then do a restore from there without having to re-pay for my apps or having to manually re-installing all my apps?
