so i have 15 inch macbook pro from summer 2010
recently just purchased a Videosecu PC to TV Converter VGA to RCA S-Video Mac Computer Laptop to Composite Video Switcher VGA2TV 1L7
found here - http://www.amazon.com/Videosecu-Converter-Computer-Composite-Switcher/dp/B000X3FAJU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1312228578&sr=8-1

and i was wondering if there was a way i could get it to have 3 screens.
when I hook in my computer monitors VGA cable and the RCA cable into the converter box at the same time, they both come up as the same extra (2nd screen) I can't split them to make 3 screens.

was wondering if there was a way to fix this so i could have 3 screens using my gateway computer monitor as well as a TV hooked with an RCA cable

thanks!

That is not do-able with the setup you currently have.

Why would you want 3 screens(especially with an older CRT TV)? Especially since a TV that'd be using RCA to get the video to it would have very poor resolution and would be next to useless size wise.

Perhaps a matrox DualHead2Go would be something you could look into.

haha yes this is very true
and since the resolution would be so bad like u said, i probably would never use it
i just saw that it looked somewhat possible so i figured i mite as well try it out.
the only time i hook it to the tv is to watch movies and such
Thanks for the input tho
